So, regarding my post about Digg...been soul searching ...I was reminded about a Flash game called Toboggan Jump by an outfit called Wedu Design (if anyone remembers) that won a coveted Communication Arts Award in 2002. I KNOW almost no-one who used the game for hours and hours and hours (I'm not admitting anything!) was a customer for Wedu Design's services. However, the game spoke to the company's competencies in creative marketing, and no doubt raised their profile immeasurably. Yes, we can learn from this.
